Perivolos beach in Santorini is the longest black beach in Santorini. It is located near Perissa (a mere 3 km away), lying on the southern end of the island, 10 km south of Fira. It distinguishes for its sparkling azure waters and tranquil atmosphere.
On the beachfront, there are numerous hotels, together with restaurants serving fresh fish and local delicacies and bars.
It is one of the most well-organized beaches of Santorini and offers a plethora of exciting watersports facilities like scuba diving and jet skiing.
Perivolos beach is easily reachable from Perissa. In case you don't have your own vehicle, there are local buses that can take you there. Those who are into walking can hike the path that passes through the countryside. It is a continuation of the beach of Perissa and Agios Georgios.
